The long journey of the Italian G20 Presidency

On 30 November, the year of the Italian G20 Presidency will come to an end. Twelve months full of events, meetings and institutional initiatives culminating in the Rome Summit of October 30-31.

The Declaration approved during the final meeting was the result of a long negotiation process that took place in the Sherpas’ meetings, in the Working Groups, in the Finance Track and in the Engagement Groups formed by representatives of civil society.

The path to the final Summit was also marked by a long series of ministerial meetings dedicated to the main themes of the G20. The meetings were held in various cities and made it possible to highlight the extraordinary beauty of the Italian territory. The G20 was a fascinating diving into the country’s history, architecture and art. A long journey summarized in this video.
